Rachel Philipson Photography and Design

Rachel Philipson is an award-winning photographer and graphic designer with over 20 years professional experience, based out of Ithaca, NY. Rachel started her career as a freelance photographer in the Boston area after graduating from Montserrat College of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. A versatile photographer, Rachel has aimed her lens on a variety of worlds, from weddings to sporting events to state governor briefings to bar and bat mitzvahs. Her clients include happily married couples; newspapers; academic, arts and cultural institutions; real estate and other businesses; a range of organizations; and both 2- and 4-legged portrait seekers. While generating creative photographic and design products, she has continued to expand her portfolio as an artistic photographer. Member of the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA), Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA) and the Artistic Wedding Photojournalist Association (AG | WPJA).
