Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We cater a lot of purpose driven events put on by committed vegetarians, animal rights proponents, and environmental and political activists. We cater their functions as well as weddings and parties for all occasions. We also deliver meals to your residence or office or as a surprise gift for a friend or loved one!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Be very open to discuss your budgetary restrictions and dietary preferences and don't be afraid to try new things.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I openly share my recipes with anyone who is willing to learn. We need more knowledgeable vegetarian and vegan cooks to cultivate mercy in our society. If we can show mercy to the innocent animals, we will receive mercy from God and be able to stop violence in society.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Clients should have an idea of the size of the event, the kind of venue, the mood they want to create, and the culinary inclinations of the guests.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We only use the best natural organic and local ingredients and can produce astonishing vegetarian/vegan options for barbecues, paellas, and your favorite French, Italian and Spanish cuisines.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Cooking with natural delights.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How do you make all this great tasting steak and chicken substitutes?
My answer is you don't need to feed an animal grains and kill it. You can extract the protein directly from the grain and texturize and season it. Through correct use of spices you can have exactly the same great tasting result!

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. When we catered a vegetarian barbecue for the YDS (Youth for Democratic Socialism) with veggie steaks, brown rice sausages, veggie burgers, grilled veggie chicken breasts, kebabs, and a variety of grilled vegetables, they said it was much better than any other barbecue they had ever attended.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I would like my customers to know that the consciousness of the cook affects the food and ultimately the disposition of the consumer.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have loved cooking since childhood and I love being vegetarian and proving that vegetarian and vegan cuisines can outperform any other cuisine in taste, excellence and especially in health giving properties and price.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. For Valentine's Day one young woman decided to treat her boyfriend to a wholesome breakfast at his office as a surprise to try to get him in the habit of eating well in the morning. We were happy to deliver a full meal hot to his door every morning for a week-- and he loved it!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Cooking is an ongoing learning process. We are constantly finding new, better and healthier ways to improve from innumerable sources.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. More people are becoming vegetarians than ever before. They are tired of additives, chemical preservatives, transfats, gmos, and unnatural ingredients and want natural, organic and vegetarian food options. We are actively promoting this trend. We would like to be able to grow some of our own food.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. We have been known to cook huge meals at the drop of a hat with whatever is readily available locally. We bought the latest equipment for keeping food at the right temperature and dropped off a luncheon for 50 at the United Nations for the Committee on Spirituality. It took about two hours of cooking to prepare, a little bit more time gathering the ingredients, and we generally do a lot of charity events which don't cost us too much.

A. Our system is simple. We charge according to the number of preparations in a meal. The prices are posted in our website and we have the lowest prices for vegetarian food catering in the area.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Be honest with the client, never cause harm to anyone and deliver your meals hot and preferably a little early.
