I reached out to Proven Pest Control NYC to inquire about extermination services for a new apartment. From the onset, communication was prompt, professional and courteous which resulted in me booking an appointment. At our appointment, Mr. Green arrived right on time. As a person who really appreciates punctuality it was a great start to the day. He is extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed each step of the process. He took his time and address each concern I had, as well as answer any and all questions. He provided reasonable pricing, and also came up with a great action plan for future service. Proven Pest Control NYC provided an excellent service. They did a thorough search and seal of my apartment and I have not seen evidence of mice since. The provider was professional, kind, and obviously did a great job of identifying the mouse entry points and sealing.

Where do I even begin… If I were to describe Mr. Green, I’d say that he is a good business man, super friendly, persistent, knowledgeable, positive energy, a good communicator, and overall someone that you would love to work with. He called and we got a time set up immediately for the extermination to happen. Came to work and even gave me suggestions on what to do so that the extermination is the most effective. Additionally, he is thorough with the work and sprayed down all of the drawers, corners, walls, and anywhere that is infested… Good work ethics!! He even got rid of the web on the walls for me. Lastly, he understands that you are already having a bad day because of the pest and whatnots, and he has the right energy to turn that around in enlightening your day. He’s super funny… if you hire him, you not only get a pest control service, you also get a free comedy stand-up session. I don’t want to see him again because that means the extermination wasn’t successful but he’s so wonderful, I’d love to see him again Hahahah!!!

Proven Pest Control NYC replied to my inquiry almost immediately. Mr Green arrived on time on the day of service and was very engaging. He got to work right away pulling the stove away and attacking the little critters. It’s been 3 days now and I’ve seen a marked improvement. I would recommend Mr Green wholeheartedly ! if you have an issue like I had with cockroaches Mr Green is your man.
