Introduction: My brother and I cover all the different aspects of remodeling so we don't have to wait on subcontractors. We can do an average bathroom in a week or a kitchen in three weeks. We enjoy working with the homeowner from design to completion. If you would like to do some of the work to save money or gain experience that is fine with us. We will also suggest ways to simplify or choose materials to save money and keep within your budget. But mostly we enjoy seeing the smile on your face when you are satisfied with the finished product

This job was a kitchen remodel. Karl is fantastic!! He is a professional and a knowledgeable contractor. He was patient especially because some of my cabinets were damaged during shipping. Karl made sure everything was satisfactory. He was responsive and made great suggestions. I could not have asked for a better contractor!! I will definitely want to use him again. Karl, his brother, and their helper are currently working on projects in our home. They arrive daily by 9:00 am and work until 5:00 pm. They are professional, precise, neat and organized. Karl’s willingness to listen to our ideas, and give us new ideas as we design the space is very much appreciated. On the first day, he went with us to purchase all the things we would need for a bathroom we are adding in our basement. He was a lifesaver! Saved us money and helped us get the right items without a lot of frustration. The quality of their work is exceptional. Because of their many years of experience, there are no mistakes or miscalculations! His pricing is fair and reasonable and there are no hidden surprises. We have additional work for them when these projects are completed, and are so pleased we can get on their schedule to complete them this summer!
