Douglas and Andre were pros. They refinished my entire house as well as laced in new pine when we had an addition so there was only plywood. They even refinished my staircase and bannister and were able to remove cat claw marks in the wood. I wound absolutely used Douglas again if the opportunity arose.

I met with Douglas and he was extremely informative and professional. The floor was complete in one day and he returned the following day to put my furniture back including a grandfather clock which one other flooring company would do. There was also very little dust because the room was tented properly. I highly recommend the Ramos family and would hire them again when needed.

Douglas was very professional throughout the entire process of refinishing our oak floor. He and his partner took their time over 2 days to sand, stain & seal our oak floor. The finished floor is absolutely beautiful. Feel extremely confident with the Ramos family. They do great work and were highly professional!! I highly recommend them!!!

Douglas was so patient with us and really went above and beyond to help us get the result we wanted. He was always responsive, professional, and most importantly super accommodating to our needs. Initially we chose a color that our floor didn’t absorb well, and Douglas and Andre both focused on a solution that worked for both of us. I’m so happy with the results. Attached are so before and after pics (ps- house and wall still needs work, Ramos family only did the wood work on the floors and wood stain on stairs)
