I believe true fitness always starts from within. It comes from our heart. When our passion energizes the body, and inspires us to greater heights. It comes from our mind. When we clearly envision and focus on the possibilities ahead, then plan ways to achieve them. It comes from our soul. When we have faith enough to act in spite of our old limiting beliefs, and and make those possibilities into realities. Somewhere inside, every single person has an energy that is absolutely incredible - a power to achieve things far beyond what they ever thought possible. That inspired the name POSITIVE CHARGE. True fitness of body, mind, and soul is about reaching inside, tapping into that power, and using it to consistently move our lives in a positive direction. The most important element toward success in fitness is not nutrition, it's not strength training, and not cardio. Those are all very important. And the truth is whether its "crossfit" or yoga, functional training or old school bodybuilding - all methods work and have their place. In the short amount of time I have been working with Jason, I feel I have changed both physically and mentally. I already noticed a change in my body and have been challenged to do exercises that I never thought possible. Jason is extremely encouraging and teaches you about what your body needs to continue to grow in the right direction. I have learned so much about myself already and I look forward to every session with him. He is an extremely caring person and you can tell he genuinely wants to help people reach their goals. It has been such a great experience so far!

Working with Jason has been great! He's extremely punctual and is multi-dimensional when it pertains to achieving your personal training goals. He is providing an immense value for the amount he charges. He is extremely professional and always responds right away. His scheduling has been flexible and adds value by either meeting at a specified location or the studio. The studio is also very well equipped and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I've been working with Jason for a little over 6 weeks now and I would recommend him to ANYone trying to reach their fitness goals. He is so knowledgable when it comes not only to strength training but also nutrition - and it is impossible not notice and appreciate the results of working with him! Cannot sing his praises loud enough!

    The most common jobs I handle are engaged men or women who need to lose fat rapidly over 1-4 months for their wedding without sacrificing muscle. I also train many men and women 40-60 who want to recapture their strength, energy, and youth, fit back into their smaller clothes and overcome health challenges brought on by their past poor lifestyle.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I recently trained a wonderful young lady to prepare for her wedding. I am so proud of her success! Here it is in her own words: "I only had 3 weeks to work out before my wedding, and in those 21 days, doing what Jason told me, I lost 4.5 lbs of fat, my body fat percentage dropped 3%, and I gained 1/2 lb of muscle. My dress had to be taken in, and I looked better than I probably ever have. I've never had that kind of success with any trainer, so the results speak for themselves!"
