Electrical: Minor electrical installation, lighting, outlets and repairs. Finish Work: Moldings, crown, base and all types of casings, interior door installation, staining and painting, taping and speckling, drop ceilings, hardwood and laminate floor installation, punch lists, and final work inspections. Estimating: Review plans and blueprints to assemble an overview and cost analysis, as well as a spreadsheet to prepare bids on jobs. Site Management: Coordinate trades and set up time frames to begin the job from start to finish.
