- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our cheapest package is $600. That is my minimum to do any gig regardless of where it is. We typically charge $150-$200 per hour. We can travel to NJ. However, please know we charge based on distance so it will be a bit more expensive to cover gas. Gas is pretty expensive these days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with a call. The hour long call via telephone or zoom is designed for me to better get to know who you are, more about your event and what songs you want played.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Romney and Jason have done public speaking for more than 20 years. They have also done TV Broadcasting for more than 10 years. Jason use to be a bank manager. So great customer service is my number 1 goal. If you're not happy with something, say the word and let's change it.
