Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure your service provider is properly insured by requesting insurance certificates for contractors liability insurance as well as workmans comp and disability. Also check his ratings with BBB and other professional services organizations.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. What height should I mow my lawn during the heat of the summer and when should I quit mowing it in the fall?

A. What is your service philosophy? Are you simply a quick trip or do you seek to provide quality services in a professional manner.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Exactly what are they looking for and how much are they willing to pay for the service or product they are looking for.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We have a motto: "We dont do things cheap; We do them right"... the first time. We like repeat customers who are not only satisfied with our services and products but express their appreciation for the quality of our work; the landscapes, water-features and gardens we produce. We also do our best to answer calls for and address any problems a client may experience related to our work or service. Good client relations helps us stand out from the rest of our competition.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, I read monthly trade publications and I do research on-line on a regular basis. I also network with business associates and listen to new ideas and experiences they have learned from.
