- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. For instance; If you need a website, how many pages will it be? Do you have text or do we have to research your company, products and services and write all the text? Do you need keywords worked into all the area required to be found on Google? Where are the images coming from; Stock photos, original photography? What type of functionality will it have? Is it a shopping site or corporate? Every job is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We educate our clients so that they understand concepts and approve design. On gotomeeting.com, we will present our work, how it was created, and then produced. We will then discuss what you are in the market for, and ask all the proper questions so that we can provide an accurate detailed proposal.
