Very patient and helpful with critiquing an exercise program suitable to my needs and abilites. Each exercise instruction performed is carefully explained and demonstrated before it is practiced and she takes the time needed to esure that the exercises she gives to you as a continued program to follow is understood and performed properly for each session. I highly recommend her as a genuine certified trainer, eager to make sure you get the right training to give the best result for excellent muscle tone and muscle gain. I am very pleased.

I am a former athlete who is now closing in on 30 and I struggle to find challenging workouts on my own. Bonnie makes every workout fun, very challenging, and it is different every time. Now that the weather is getting nicer, we have even started working out at the local park. For me, working out with Bonnie is more like having a workout partner rather than a trainer barking orders. I look forward to every workout and I definitely feel it in my body for several days after.

Bonnie has been my personal trainer for more than a year. Her strength is in her ability to tailor a workout to any level of fitness. I have a mild disability that affects my balance and range of motion. Bonnie has me do exercises spefically geared toward my goals of improving balance, strength and range of motion. I look forward to continuing to work with her.
