A. Ask questions, see if they have a web site
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. What are the golf vendors truely up to.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. This is a hard one to answer, I have taken lessons from a number of top 100 instructors. Have co authored a golf instruction book. I believe in what I'm doing, provide "positive feedback". Care about those who come take lessons from me. An part of an organization that is the top of the golf industry.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Being outside, watching my students improve
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I want to hit the golf ball furthure. You can only hit the ball so far so you need to work on your short game. Or how much time do you have.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I have several, played golf with the following greats in sport
Lawernce Taylor, Derek Jeter, Bernie Williams, David Wells after pitched his perfect game. Caddied for Greg Norman and the great Jack Nicklaus. Play with other PGA Tour players while in Florida during winter months.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Just like anything else it takes hard work. Try to seek out the best to help you improve.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was playing high school baseball, thought I had a chance to keep going higher. While in college started to play more golf started to work at a private club as a caddy an in the bag room. As I improved more an qualified for tournament I ask the head pro if I could do this he said yes I jumped in.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes you have earn a certain amount of points over a 3 year period. This reqires going to meetings an seminars. We have a PGA Show every Jan.
