I can't say enough about Greg's Plumbing, Heating & General Services. Regardless of weather and time of day or night, Greg has arrived, as promised, and repaired the problem, whether a frozen oil line, a seemingly dead furnace, a creosote-clogged wood burning stove, a fried-out electrical outlet, a plugged chimney, a broken riding mower, a dysfunctional washing machine, or leaky kitchen pipes. He even took apart my Jeep passenger door and replaced the electric window-opening equipment when it stopped working. Whether the job is big or small, this contractor does what he is going to do, when he is going to do it, and all at the right price. He has been my go-to guy for the last four years. In all seriousness, I don't know how I would survive life in my old farmhouse without him. I've worked with other professionals who may or may not show up, who charge outrageous prices, and who don't follow through with the job. Out of 5 stars, Greg's Plumbing and Heating gets 6. Highly recommended is an understatement. And he's a really nice guy, to boot.

Greg's a great guy and sure does know his stuff. His prices are great and the quality of work is top notch. Greg is a very personable, educated, and down to earth handy man. We will definitely be calling on Greg again.

Of course. There are constant changes in products, method, certifications, solutions and codes. Have to stay on top of things.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get references. Anyone who does this and does it well will be happy to provide plenty of them. If they hesitate or try to avoid doing so...avoid them!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That a great many of us are dedicated to providing high quality service AND education to our customers.
