Quest Yoga Arts

Introduction: We're mainly a Vinyasa Yoga studio, although we incorporate massage, core strength, and other mind and body disciplines we feel will complement the search for inner and outer fitness. For those of you who aren't familiar with Vinyasa Flow -- it is, in a nutshell, an extremely, fluid style of practice where the motion is motivated by the music of the breath and the classroom journey unfolds in delicious and exciting ways. It is also one hell of an exercise, not just for the body, but for the mind and the spirit as well. What makes Quest exceptionally great is our loving and welcoming vibe which enable your journey to unfold in an environment of safety and joy. We offer classes and workshops catered to a variety of levels and needs from beginner, athlete's series, pre and postnatal yoga, kids classes, and belly dance!
