- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers reach out to us and we work with them to schedule a class that’s convenient to them and held where they’d like it to be. Throughout my years of teaching, I have noticed that students are more relaxed when they are in an environment that they are comfortable with as opposed to sitting in a rigid classroom.

Paramedic; AHA Instructor and ASHI Instructor
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an EMT/Paramedic for over 18 years and came to realize that the most important step in saving a life is early CPR intervention. Because of that, I opened CPR By Jeremy and wanted to offer the most convenient way for people to get CPR certified. I bring over 18 years of EMS experience and knowledge to the classroom and try to run a stress free classroom environment.
