We're an in-home service provider who assists individuals with disabilities, families and seniors. We're committed to helping our clients lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the safety and comfort of their own homes by assessing carefully and understanding their needs fully and by selectively placing experienced personnel to satisfy these needs.
We deliver a unique community-based service that will assist our clients and allow them to continue being independent and safe in their own homes. Our caregivers are carefully screened, supervised, trained, bonded, insured, and chosen on the basis of their commitment and their experience to caring for people at home.
Our caregivers are courteous in nature, caring, eager to help, and committed to care. Our screening process is based on only hiring those who we would have in our own home and would care for our parents.
We will treat you like a family member. We're not a big national franchise, but a small privately owned company that centers on our clients' well-being. You deal with real people, not a corporation.
We're passionate about the services we provide and are proud about our responsiveness and our capability to provide our clients with personal attention. County Home Care's services are flexible and can be arranged seven days a week, for as many as twenty-four hours a day or as short as a few hours a week. That includes holidays.

Non-medical assessments are administered to find clients' functioning capabilities to determine their needs and to find out what services are required to assist them attain and maintain optimum independence.

We follow up with our clients regularly to check effectiveness of service and to make modifications that reflect changing wishes and needs
How costs are determined:
We will be charging a variable rate depending on the kind of service needed, where it was delivered and when it was provided. There are no costs for non-medical assessments. Prior to commencement of service, costs are worked out and discussed with clients.
How to arrange for service
Office Hours
Office hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Voice mail is available 24 hours a day and regularly checked, so that we can provide immediate attention to requests for prompt assistance.
