Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have been in this industry since 1995. I have extensive knowledge and a background in building construction, mechanical systems and environmental testing and inspections. My educational background and certifications are listed on my website.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy meeting different people from all different walks of life. Each project, be it a home or building is approached as its own unique inspection. We don't approach this as a cookie cutter inspection, as no 2 projects are alike.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Questions that seem to be most popular are," is this house worth it?" or "would you purchase this house?" those questions are difficult to answer, because what may be worth it for you may not be for me, or vice versa. I may have the resources to fix problem properties at a significantly lower cost then the next person may. So its really up to the individual.
