Unbelievable service! When a tree came down during Hurricane Irene and hit my house I tried calling all the tree services in town, but no one could get to me until next week. This was an unsafe situation since I have kids at home and just couldn't wait. I reached out to Hines & Zaffarese hoping they could do something to alleviate the stress the limb was causing on our house and make it more manageable situation. The tension from the storm and the rest of the pressure from Irene had me at wit's end. They calmed me down over the phone and said they would be there within two hours. They arrived in about a hour and a half and with an army of chainsaws cut down the thick branch and carted away all the debris! They even blew the entire area with a lawn blower and aside from the damage to our house, it doesn't even look like a major branch even fell down. I am extremely grateful to Mike and Vinny and amazed at their speedy service and compassion. I am now a customer for life!
