Sheldon is a great trainer who has been an invaluable resource to me as an athlete. He always responds very quickly and is able to fit me into his schedule. Every time I see him I leave feeling much better than I arrived. Unlike many trainers, Sheldon listens carefully to my issues before beginning beginning his work, and his work always addresses my concerns. Anybody needing personal training or manual therapy should definitely give Sheldon a look!

I had my first session with Sheldon it was amazing. In the beginning, he asked me what my fitness goal was, and after I explain it and he already had a game plan. He walked me through every workout and made sure I was doing it right before we moved on to another workout. I highly recommend reaching out to him.

I’ve worked with Sheldon since he first started and can’t imagine my recovery without him! He is extremely knowledgeable and actively researches new ways and techniques to help my recovery! Since working with him, we’ve fixed many of my issues and imbalances from years of incorrect lifting. Now I’m working out pain free and my body doesn’t feel broken, lol despite how I complain during my sessions. I can’t rave about him enough, schedule your session ASAP!

Sheldon is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been dealing with a horrible hamstring strain for 5-6 months and after a few weekly sessions he has me getting back to my normal self. He is well equipped and extremely knowledgeable. Lastly, he is just a great person and I highly recommend.

For Personal training and Massage therapy I do provide packages after the initial session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I listen to the clients goals that they want to achieve. From there I assess there current capabilities and create my workout plan based upon that and progress it as time goes on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Exercise Science as well as a associates in Massage Therapy. I am also ACSM Exercise Physiologist and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.
