The Tunstall Organization, Inc. helped us file our C-corp. tax return. They also reviewed and made adjustments in our books to help clean up some prior year dislocations. They went above and beyond in regard to tax prep and accounting.

It is my opinion that this was our single worst vendor to date. We could not wait to end the relationship. David Tunstall from Tunstall Organization charged us an arm and a leg to the tune of over $2,000 per month, only to outsource our account to some random person overseas in a different time zone. At first it was unclear why someone would charge NYC prices and then outsource the work we hired them to do overseas, but now it is crystal clear. It was all about Tunstall doing the minimum amount of work, while exploiting cheap labor overseas, and us - the client, in order to line his pockets as effortlessly as possible. We did not get what we paid for, and our account was left in shambles after David Tunstall insisted on installing all kinds of new systems that never completely worked. These systems were rife with careless human error on his part, along with technical glitches galore. After letting Tunstall go, we had to hire someone new to fix all the errors, oversights, and broken systems that Tunstall insisted we implement. We now pay another firm $600 per month that is located in NYC, and are receiving timely customer service that is both accurate and effortless, not to mention polite. We no longer have to waste time trying to trouble shoot Tunstall's accounting errors (which took hours out of our work week every single week) and then wait days for ambiguous half responses from overseas, nor endure Tunstall's defensive attitude.

We had a terrible experience with Tunstall. New York prices for worked that was farmed overseas. If you are a small business looking for someone who can work well within your budget and do it in the united states at all times, our experience is that Tunstall is not the right fit for you. We were always asked to contact their contracted help in the Philippines, that is not what we should have been paying for.
