- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge one rate for our first session together. If they book a second, it's reduced and any subsequent sessions are reduced again and stay at that rate.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That all they can really do is do the work. And then walk away. Actors can drive themselves mad trying to figure out why the may not have had a callback or booked a job. So much happens behind the scenes that they'll never know about. Be prepared, then move on.
