Introduction: I have a general practice specializing in pain management, stress reduction and fertility support. I also work with other healthcare practitioners in providing support for emotional recovery, grief transition and addiction support. Additionally my training includes working with patients who are undergoing cancer treatment to reduce side effects from chemotherapy and radiation. Pain can be acute or from chronic conditions such as autoimmune related disorders, RA, Parkinson's, and chronic fatigue. I work with professional athletes to improve athletic performance and speed healing and recovery. We accept some insurance (call to discuss), and are open evenings and weekends. We are located in a lovely brownstone in the east 70's on the upper east side, with serene and spa-like surroundings. I am licensed acupuncturist in New York and Connecticut, board certified by NCCAOM, member of the Acupuncture Society of New York, and member of the Society for Integrative Oncology. I also recently completed certification program with memorial Sloan Kettering in integrative oncology for acupuncturists.
