When my Smeg refrigerator encountered issues, most repair services rejected me outright, citing the rarity of the required parts. Nonetheless, Eurus not only agreed to the task but exhibited outstanding professionalism and responsiveness. Despite the immense challenge in locating the necessary components, they proactively reached out to distributors in the US, Canada, and Italy and successfully acquired them. The dedication and informative updates from George were noteworthy. I appreciate avoiding the need for a replacement refrigerator and will unquestionably rely on them for any future appliance concerns. Highly recommended!

Just had a fantastic experience with George at Eurus! Managing several rental apartments, I ran into a hiccup with a grumpy gas range and an unhappy tenant. George came to the rescue with quick and efficient service. The pricing was really reasonable, and, to my surprise, the tenant insisted on giving the company 50 stars instead of 5! When the tenant is happy, I’m happy. Thanks a bunch, George and Eurus! Excited about more collaborations ahead.
