Complex Commercial and Contract Litigation The Graber Law Firm aggressively prosecutes and defends claims arising out of business and commercial transactions in all courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Real Estate and Construction Litigation The Graber Law Firm has experience representing developers, owners, sponsors, landlords, tenants, brokers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and investors in a wide range of real estate and construction disputes. Trial Attorneys The Graber Law Firm is regularly called upon by other attorneys to take over litigation matters which have reached the hearing or trial stage. Many attorneys take on disputes with an eye towards negotiation and settlement, but are uncomfortable continuing to handle the matter once it becomes clear that persuasive argument before a judge or jury will be necessary to achieve a great result. In fact, many attorneys have never picked a jury or argued before a judge. We are acutely aware of the stakes involved when going to trial. We always try and indentify opportunities for favorable settlement with an understanding that efficiency, expense and predictable results are important to our clients. However, when appropriate, we do not shy away from trial and will always be ready to win in court.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We Like to Win. Attorneys, and their websites, use all sorts of metaphors to compare litigation to a game or a fight, from chessboards to boxing leprechauns. Leaving aside the cliches, we just like to win. While its hard to compare the professional services we offer to a tangible product, there is no doubt that the results we achieve have a real impact on the clients we assist. Our results become our reputation, and we understand that in the real world, reputation is everything. We are not too shy to say that we like being known as the firm that often comes out on top.
