Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: An attorney is a confidant, an advisor, and an advocate. These are the three essential elements of the attorney-client relationship. A good attorney should also educate her clients in the law, and explain and demystify the legal process so that clients can make educated, intelligent decisions in matters that affect their lives. I take great pride in my work, and am incredibly proud of my client's successes. I put a great deal of time and attention to each one of my cases, and treat my clients and their families as individuals. Representation is always tailored to meet a client's needs.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based upon an individual client's matter. Many of my cases are priced at a flat rate. However, clients pay an hourly rate for services or have a contingency fee agreement. Legal fees are discussed during the free consultation.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Clients typically come into my office for a free consultation. During this meeting, we confidentially discuss the legal matter. If the client is interested in retaining my services then I draft an agreement to reflect the terms we discussed in the meeting. The client reviews this document and if I am retained, we begin the attorney-client relationship.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from law school and passed the New York and New Jersey Bar exam. Since beginning my legal career, I have represented clients in State and Federal Courts. I also regularly complete continuing legal education courses to maintain my law license and keep current in the law.
