- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whenever possible we prefer to offer our clients fixed rates for our service. We are known to offer lower rates than some of the other attorneys in the industry. Why? Because we would like to have you as a client for life and more importantly to have your referrals in the future. There is no better compliment than a referral.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would recommend for clients looking to hire an attorney ask their friends for recommendations. 95% of our clients contact us by word of mouth. That says a lot about the quality of service we offer.
