Introduction: Welcome to The Paloma Girls! We are women and men Mixology Artists serving NYC & NJ since 2021. We are certified bartenders with training in mixology and we’d love to bring our knowledge and ideas to your event. We serve events of all sizes. We had The Paloma Girls as our bartenders at my husband’s birthday party. Alex is very easy to communicate and work with. She is flexible and professional. She made great recommendations prior to the party. During the party, Alex and her team kept the drinks going and cleaned up the food and drinks along the way in the event space. The specialty cocktails they prepared are delicious. I would highly recommend the Paloma girls for your next event.

I hired the Paloma Girls for a housewarming party I threw at my apartment. They were professional, communicative, and provided everything I could need to make the party perfect. They are truly essential for any event and I can't wait to hire them again. My guests LOVED the margaritas that they offered in three different flavors. They cleaned up trash as they went, were timely in ensuring people had refills, and overall brought a fun, positive, professional, and amazing attitude and energy to the party. I would recommend them for anyone looking for bartenders to service any sort of event big or small :)

We've used the Paloma Girls at two events (with two different bartenders) at our home. The events were for between 30-45 guests and themed (one Tiki and one Holiday party). For our first party, our bartender was sweet, attentive, and very flexible. She was a little bit green particularly at making tiki drinks which can be complicated. (Her drinks were delicious, just took longer to make them than expected.) We were very happy with her nonetheless and so were our guests as she was friendly and had great customer service. For our second event -- a recent holiday party -- we had a much more experienced bartender who was very polished and quick to service. She was great with any questions, she was quick to point out to me anyone she felt like was pushing the limits of drinking appropriately, and she was very self sufficient. She also made sure to set me up with pre made drinks for the rest of the night. Overall, the Paloma Girls have become my go to for making parties just that much more fancy and fun as a host. The pricing is really competitive to individual bartender's I've spoken to and for an additional small fee they'll help you provision, design cocktails, and print menus. I will be using them again!

The Paloma girls bartenders were absolutely amazing. They made wonderful drinks for our party and we needed them to stay longer and they did it with no hesitation. They were so friendly and kind. We will be definitely using them again for our next party.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually ask you to answer a few questions to help us understand your event. Questions include: total hours of event, expected guest count, what’s the occasion?, liquor/cocktail preferences, any special accommodations (Kosher, allergies, etc).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our bartenders have a Mixology Certificate and Food Service Certificates. We also have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for General Liability & Liquor Liability.
