First thing, they can always check our work or do research through the internet, and be educated about who we are and what we do and who we serve, then if they interested they can set up a consulatation so they can decide what they want for the future.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Sometimes i wish customers knew that being a hairstylist is a profession of art, some people tend to take advantage of hairstylists and try to downgrade our work being an artist, its just at a different aspect and a respected line of work, if people like us werent around to provide superior customer service, many actors, actresses and other entertainers would not be recognized around the world
