I have worked with Renee for over five years. Every time I go to her, she provides excellent service and meets my needs exactly. I like to change my look constantly and she takes special care with my hair while allowing me to constantly try new hairstyles. She's braided my hair before my surgery so I wouldn't have to worry about it. She's given me undetectable full weaves during my triathlon seasons. Regardless of what look/style i'm going for, she makes sure my hair is protected and its still growing

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes ladies want extra fullness for their hair which will take longer to do . If a lady has Bald spots this requires more time to give it that natural look. It requires more hair to cover the spots and then I will thin it out so it doesn't have too much bulk.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I do a consultation with them to decide what type of hairstyle they are trying to have done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I go to Trade shows , take private hairstyling classes . I also take computer classes and read up about new products and the latest hair trends.
