Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you review the Pest Control Co. reviews. If they are horrible somebody will be writing a review or a blog about how bad they were. People are prone to write about bad before good.So if you hire a bad company shame on you! My company has been in business for 11 yrs. & I am proud to say that there's not a single solitary person in the entire NYC who can say one bad thing about us. WHY? Because I work 24/7 365. I never take a day off and I am reachable ALWAYS for customer service. How many service companies have an owner who is always there to answer a call??? WELL THAT'S ME!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Know all the chemicals used for a service call & research them before a service visit.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you a member of your states trade association? Have customers written positive reviews about you? Can I contact 3 customers who have used you for this pest problem in the past year?
