Kramer is a great trainer that challenges you to do more. He has the correct balance of patience and drive to get the best out of you. I am an overweight, middle age guy, and Given that he trains pro boxers, I thought he MIT be too advanced for my skill level. Not at all the case, he tailors to your skill level and needs. I highly recommend him!
