Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Get a minimum of three estimates, if possible see the work, get a list of customers. Check license at the NYC DCA license div. Check the BBB for complaints.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There are some secrets but mostly it is just simply years of experience. The longer you do any job you hope that you get better at it and if you don't it's time to find a new occupation or starve.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Most people have the right questions that they need answered to make the right choice in finding a contractor.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. First have the money to compleat the job you are looking to do. What happens when you open a wall and find excessive water damage or rotted joists, sub flooring. There are a lot of things that you don'see that could come out and add a lot to the job.
