When I moved out into a old apartment in Brooklyn, I was having doubts if I should hire for a professional cleaner who will clean up the apartment. I have a good relationship with my landlady and I don't want that to change just by having a messy and uncleaned issue about the apartment so i called Cleaning Exec for their services. At first i think the cleaning will just be the same as normal but when i saw the result of their work, i was amazed. They really did a great job, i can't believed it at first. The entire apartment was spotlessly cleaned, no dust and no clutter. Very fresh and cozy. I was thankful really. My landlady was very happy and i was happy i made the right choice hiring them. Highly recommended!

I've been using Cleaning Exec for over a year now, for monthly cleanings, and I've been very pleased. It's not always the same crew, but the level of cleanliness has nevertheless been consistent from month to month, and I've never had a single problem. The day before each scheduled cleaning, Cleaning Exec sends a reminder email letting me know when the crew will arrive. Communication with Cleaning Exec around scheduling, what's included or not included, payment, etc, is very professional and clear. The crews have always arrived on time--sometimes they even come early!--and they bring their own supplies which is a huge plus for me. Rates are very competitive, especially if you sign up for recurring cleanings; you do pay for their parking if applicable. Cleaning Exec is the first cleaning service I've used in New York.
