- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The hourly rate for my services are $25/hour which includes: shopping (if needed), prep, cooking, set-up and clean up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I find out how many people they would like food catered for. I ask about any dietary preferences and allergies. I work with the customer on creating a menu that works for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught (in addition to grandmother, aunt and mother taught) cook. I've worked in restaurants since I was 15 years old as a server, cook, and bartender.
