- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been cooking since I was a child. After school, I worked in corporate management. One day I just said, I'm not having a heart attack at an early age for a career I don't love. So, I decided to get into cooking as a profession.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Use a caterer that listens to you! One that is going to be as passionate as you about your event!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That catering events is more than just cooking. There's a passion, a drive to out do ourselves with every event. We work insanely hard to bring together the clients vision of the perfect event!
