Introduction: At a very young age, I began to mimic my mother as she cooked for our family every single day of the week. everything became secondary and mealtime was the priority. A time to share our thoughts, embrace one another and feast on some soulful, heartfelt food. It wasn't always fancy but never lacking love. From my first Kiddy Kitchen, to my Easy Bake Oven, to almost burning the house down, to finding myself lying down and waking up to creative thoughts of preparing food for others is what made we realize that Cooking is my Passion. Rather I get the leftover crumbs or none at all, my true fulfillment is the smile upon ones face and the kinds compliments that the food I prepared was satisfying and tantalizing to the soul. From a single cupcake to the largest pan of baked spaghetti, I give my all to make certain that nothing is left to the taste buds of the imagination.
