- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always fascinated with hospitality. I started in the front of the house and I met someone in the kitchen who I became quick friends with. He was attending the CIA in Hyde Park, NY and the rest is history!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate catering (delivery/drop off) for up to 65 people; private dinner parties in your home for up to 10 people.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try to be very specific in your menu needs; let me know if you have a working kitchen in your corporate office, and describe your home kitchen if you want me to work there.
