Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You should find someone who is willing to listen to your ideas and desires. As we do, many companies will make suggestions. These suggestions are only ever meant to effectivey see your vision through.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Timing and logistics. Knowing how to effectively and positively communicate with various parties involved in the process of creating and running an event is of the utmost importance. If your thinking of going into catering keep this in mind; as well as constant multitasking in the 2nd, 3rd and 4rth dimensions!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Number of guests/attendees. Seated dinner, buffet and/or passed hors d'oeuvres. Timeline.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We understand and respect the various needs, styles and approaches of each and every client. We are creative, communicative and easy to work with. Our Fringe staff range from conservative to edgy. All involved in Fringe are creative, imaginative, dedicated and professional.

A. I enjoy working with great people whom approach catering with a fresh and new perspective.

A. Is your staff always edgy/fringe?
No, but we do hope to provide work to wonderful individuals whom are creative and express that through their own individuality.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Happy accident. After years of being in the business my partner and I decided to combine our own experience and ideas to create what we think is a fantastic and long needed business: Fringe.
