I am a classically trained chef (graduate of The Art Institute of New York City '09). My specialties are classical French and Italian cuisines.
My plating presentation is very "homey' in terms of the simplicity of the dish. I don't believe in making it difficult for my clients to enjoy my food. I offer in-home cooking lessons at the request of my clients.
