Introduction: I arrange gourmet wine tastings for individuals and companies. The tastings can be geared to any theme, from "Chardonnays Around the World" to "An Introduction to the Wines of Spain." My tastings are light-hearted and fun. Participants love the wines as well as the cheeses, pates, etc. that I select. I match food and wine well. I love helping people to enjoy wine. There is nothing dogmatic in my approach. I want people to learn something about wine, so that they will enjoy it more. Learning what your taste is in wine will help you to select wines that you will enjoy.
