Teaching You to Fish

Introduction: Two things really set us apart. The first is a focus on independence and confidence in our clients. We don't like the idea that a client must depend on their computer consultant for every issue that comes up. So we teach. We teach sustainability, responsibility, and repetition with common tasks so that our clients never have to feel like they "might break something" or "mess something up" on their computer, smart phone, or tablet. The second thing that sets us apart is our teaching ability. Patience and bedside manner are both severely lacking in the world of computer consultation and we provide that and more. Drawing on years of experience in technology and customer service, we use easy-to-understand analogies that translate computer speak to English and back again. I am very passionate about technology, but even more passionate about people. I love supporting other human beings to their greatest potential and if I can do that by allowing them to enjoy using their technology - as apposed to fear and dread using it - then so be it!
