- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically depending on the job...there's a $25 deposit + actual cost of labor and repair. However the $25 is deducted from the Final price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally will call the customer to familiarize or introduce myself and what my business does. I will also explain the policy with turn around time when a job is awarded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MAC OSX certified, PC certicified and 10yrs + working experience in IT
