- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i normally Charge $120 if i go to the Customer Place with min of 10 mins to 1 hour service. I can also fix the problem using remotely by not going in the customer place by charge of $100 for other charges it depends and depends on the customer problem
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When i am working with the customer i make sure of the customer problem and attention to detail which they want to fix. and when dealing with customer, i make sure that i have a lot of patience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree i have networking LAN Certificate
