I called tech w. care when I need help with setting up my new LG tv and connections to my server. I called the company in the morning and by 4p.m. technician , Alan, was with me and quickly, and very professionally got me up and running. When a small issue arose the following day ,Alan, on the phone quickly was able to resolve the problem. Would strongly recommend tech w. care if you need professional help with any electronic technical issues.
