Regardless of minor or more serious computer problems Ian knows how to resolve them. We have 3 different types of computers in our house and, of course, we do experience problems every once in a while which we cannot solve ourselves. We have called on Ian several times - he is very professional, certainly knows his stuff, is very reliable, comes on short notice, and always finds a solution to whatever problems we did encounter. And YES he is very friendly, personable, and charges very reasonable fees. On a scale from 1 to 10 we give him an enthusiastic 10 ! If you do have any computer problems don't look any further Ian is your guy. We recommend him highly without reservation.

Ian has done work for my small business for years. He helped me install and learn a massive complex software program. He has helped advise on countless purchases from phones to laptops to software. He researches it if necessary but he basically knows everything. Even tasks like installing and connecting printers he effortlessly does. He is able to help w website maintenance and basically any tech- related issue I have ever had so far in the office. I don't rely on him for installing everything but he would be pretty much able to handle it. I highly recommend Ian for IT help of a multitude of varieties. He is professional, patient and always just solves the problem.

Ian has been the computer-go-to person for my husband and myself for over a year, ever since we moved to NYC. He has done pretty much everything as both of our computers have needed new installations; he had to figure out what were the problems and resolve them. At one point, I needed the hard drive replaced: he knew what to do and quickly kept me from losing data. Since we are not computer-savvy, it is difficult working with us; he needs much patience working with us and working with computer issues. He is a pleasure being around; responsible, efficient, yet friendly.

    I deal with clients of all skill levels and ages. Often times, the client does not give him/herself enough credit. The problem is often NOT a result of user error.
