Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. We recommend that the clients should ask for references, look for samples and visit actual projects sites. Concrete colors may have variations whereas concrete coatings give more of a definite colors. The type of the sealer or top coat used determines the performance of the flooring system.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. We would like to see large size samples and also visit actual projects. We would like to know what products the contractors are using to install the flooring system.
