Chef Phensri Pongnoo - Francis native of Thailand is acknowledged as one of the top Thai Chefs in the greater New York Area. She has taught over 1600 students the art of cooking exotic Thai dishes all over NY, NJ and PA. She hosts cooking parties (personal or corporate) at her location or the clients' Her catering services are premium as she also offers live catering services not only indoor but in an outdoor setting where guests can watch the amazing process preparing some dishes and her famous charcoal BBQ dishes. She then offers a buffet style pickup or serving options. So when asked she will travel to the customers location or she will deliver prepared dishes. Bottom line - fresh foods catering to many special dietary requirements vegetarian, vegan, kosher, gluten free etc. Thai dishes are not just Asian, they are uniquely Thai and so is Chef Phensri. The delight on the customers face enjoying the now trendy Thai cuisine. Proper presentation and garnishment is an artistic part of this job which Phensri relishes. The wonderful comments from customers that her food are the best they have ever tasted and that we accept as true as she is authentic Thai.

Prices vary based on menu options and location. Our web site displays class options and prices. Private classes can be on site at Chef Phensri's place or at customers location
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure we meet their requirements . New customers are introduced to the famous cuisine, learn about ingredients, spices and herbs. Classes are kept at a pace to ensure customers learn and repeat the process on their own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Phensri is a native of Thailand and learnt to authentic from your mother in a large family. She holds the difficult to pass, New York City food handlers certificate and the SaveServe national certificate. She ran her own Thai restaurant in New Jersey for many years and has taught over 1600 students!
