Introduction: I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I provide caring and compassionate mental health counseling for those who are new to therapy, yet challenging and innovative for those who have been in treatment before. We are a dynamic and contemporary team of psychotherapists who are at the forefront of evidence-based treatments. I am a person-centered therapist who believes that challenging patterns of living is the key to concrete and effective change. I am trained in motivational interviewing and have been an invited lecturer and presenter on matters of cultural competency and psychological health.
