FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our clients vary from healthcare professionals to students to lay rescuers who just want to learn CPR. We conduct hundreds of classes a year and train close to 10,000 students per year. In addition to the American Heart Association (AHA) courses that we conduct for individuals, we also conduct courses for groups such as universities, corporations, banks, medical facilities and more. Aside from AHA courses, we conduct medical career courses such as Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) and EKG Technician (CET). Our courses follow the NHA requirements and we provide our offices as a NHA testing site for students so they may obtain their national certification for CPT or CET in less than 2 months. Finally, we also sell AED and design AED packages for clients to ensure they are following the state requirements and are well prepared for cardiac emergencies. • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Depending on whether you are a healthcare professional or lay rescuer, your choices of CPR providers are actually very wide. If you are a healthcare professional, we highly recommend you to attend courses conducted by an official American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center or Training Site. The AHA is the leader in Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and is widely accepted not just in the U.S. but also in the rest of the world. As a matter of fact, many hospitals will require either an AHA certification or a certification that follows the AHA guideline. The AHA also conduct research on a daily basis and will update their guidelines every 5 years. As healthcare professionals, it is important that you are updated with the most recent cardiovascular science. If you are a lay rescuer, then your choices are wider and less restricted. There are many CPR courses out there that will offer certifications for much cheaper prices than most AHA Training Centers and AHA Sites. However, please be sure that they are indeed teaching you the most recent guidelines as there are CPR providers out there that will teach you CPR skills that are outdated and high discouraged to use.
