FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

All of our consultants have trained and perform(ed) as instructors and subject matter experts in their present/prior careers. Nathan and Tom are recognized by the Department of Justice and the FEMA-Center for Domestic Preparedness as qualified professional instructors. Both attended and successfully completed an intensive 5-day training course that provided instruction on: adult learning theory and practice, job and training task analysis, training risk and hazard analysis, developing learning objectives and lesson plans, communication skills, instruction delivery and delivery media, developing tests and conducting evaluations, and performing after action reviews. The classroom sections of the training were supported by a series of practical exercises that required the student to perform and teach tasks associated with WMD techniques, procedures and equipment to support classroom lessons. Nathan has been invited to join the CDP Mobile Training Team (MTT) to travel across the United States and the U.S. Territories, to teach various response disciplines, such as Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Public Health, and Public Safety Communications.
